Reminder for Carnival XXVII

The twenty-seventh edition of the Carnival is coming up! Posts are due Friday, but get them in earlier so that you can be at the top of the list! (Just kidding.)

We found a host!

The next host for LC XXVII is Michael P. O'Connor. First, thank him for stepping up and then start sending him posts at lutherancarnival at gmail dot com. He would like to get an early start on the carnival, so it would be nice if we all (many of you who have hosted have seen how close I cut it, sometimes) would get our posts in early. Me included. That said, the due date is still 7:00 PM CDT (0000 UTC Saturday) June 30 and the plan is still to put it up by July 2.

I will begin putting hosts together for the next series of 10 carnivals soon (XXXI-XL). I will put together a post showing all the open dates, and anyone will be able to pick whatever dates you want.

Also, thank Dan@NR for keeping me on my toes. I've been getting forgetful lately, with a wedding on my mind.

Announcement for Lutheran Carnival XXVII

Lutheran Carnival XXVII will be due on June 30th and published July 2. We are still looking for hosts for both XXVII and XXVII July 16.

Don't let the apparent lack of a host distract you from submitting a carnival post. There will be a carnival, whether here or at the site of a confessional Lutheran blogger looking to direct traffic his or her way. Please let us know if you are interested in hosting this carnival or the next one.

Lutheran Carnival XXVI

Lutheran Carnival XXVI is now up at A Beggar at the Table. The next host of the Lutheran Carnival is yet to be determined, but you all might get lucky and I won't have to do it.

Need hosts now!

This has now reached critical mass. I have no hosts for Lutheran Carnivals XXVII & XXVIII, which happen to be the next two carnivals. This means I am hosting the next two carnivals unless someone decides to step up and host. If you decide you want to host, contact me at daniel dot sellers at gmail dot com.

Friday night is the deadline for the twenty-sixth edition of the Lutheran Carnival. Pastor Klages will host the carnival at A Beggar at the Table.

Announcement for Lutheran Carnival XXVI

Pastor Klages of A Beggar at the Table will host the twenty-sixth edition of the Lutheran Carnival. Pastor has not specified any house rules, though he's into anti-heretics and old computers (like any Mac without an Intel CPU?)

The deadline is midnight, June 16.
