I'm looking for people to host the Carnival...

... OK, not really. There have been a few of you that have interest in hosting the carnival again. I appreciate all the offers, and I intend to make up the next host list as soon as I can figure out who offered what. The last couple of weeks have been a little crazy for me personally, so if you wouldn't mind emailing me back or telling me which dates you want to take, I can accommodate you.

Lutheran Carnival X- Hosted here. Posts due by November 4 by 7 pm CST (add six hours for our British friends). Carnival up by November 6.

This is the long-term schedule for now. Of course, this could change, but I don't anticipate it. We are looking for hosts for Carnivals XIX. Sixteen has been assigned to the Swede. Anything that cannot be covered, either this site or my Random Thoughts blog will cover. If you have a specific date you would like, email me back at daniel dot sellers at gmail dot com. I will do my best to accommodate your requests, but they will essentially be first come first served.

Lutheran Carnival IX is now up at Be Strong in the Grace. Thank Teresa for her hard work. The next Carnival shall be hosted here. I think any topics of discussion should make themselves clear without any prodding.

More on Submissiond for Lutheran Carnival VIII

Since Blogger was down yesterday, I'm going to take the opportunity to remind everyone that submissions for the Lutheran Carnival are due tomorrow at 7PM CDT (British Bloggers should add six hours to that to get the proper time for you). I'm sure if you get them in sooner, our host would greatly appreciate it. Turnout has been good, but we could use a lot more participation from a lot of people who once contributed but haven't for a while *cough*. The last thing I want to do is pull out the hammer again.

Anyway, keep sending the links in and the Carnival will keep on trucking!

Submissions for Lutheran Carnival VIII

There have been three links submitted so far to the Carnival. Remember, you can submit up to two links. You can also submit third party links. It has worked out OK so far, so I will allow it for all carnivals. I would suggest not submitting links to anyone who you do not know very well, and I would also remind you to submit your links in the proper format. I also want to limit the number of third party links you may submit for any given carnival to one. Thus, any given person can submit three links. This should allow everyone more than ample chance to contribute to the carnival.
