Lutheran Carnival LXVI, Canadian-Made
As Ritewinger commented on the last post, Lutheran Carnival LXVI is up and running at the Canadian blog TheoCon. Stop by, offer him a Molsen, and thank him for his time and effort.
Who will be the first Carnival host of the new year? Will it be you? Give me a holler.
Fast away the old year passes...don't forget to submit your posts for the sixty-sixth Lutheran Carnival! The deadline is in two days for Sunday's post at Theocon.
Ritewinger, a seminary student in Alberta, has volunteered to take the next Carnival. Posts are due on the 28th for the December 30 Carnival. Hope to see you at Theocon!
If you want to start lining your carnival date up for the new year, feel free to do so.
Second verse, same as the first. There will be a Carnival, we just don't know where. The deadline for submitting posts is December 28 for the December 30 carnival.
Pastor Tom Chryst, a.k.a. Preachrboy, is hosting a vote for the Lutheran Blogger of the Year award at the Lutheran Blog Directory site. See the post for details.
The Lutheran Carnival web site has a hidden immunity idol, so you can't vote for it.
The beginning of Advent, the tragedy in Colorado Springs, and other events have made for some good material already submitted to the Lutheran Carnival. Don't forget to have your submissions in by Friday for the Carnival on the 16th.
We've had a couple of repeat offenders offer to host the next carnival, and I thank them. The carnival for December 16, No. LXV, will be hosted by Not Alone. Thank you, Pastor Siems, for volunteering your time and effort.
The sixty-fifth carnival will go on as scheduled, though as yet I don't know where. Please submit your posts through the usual lutherancarnival AT gmail DOT com by December 14th for the December 16th carnival.
If you're interested in hosting, either for the next carnival or beyond, feel free to give me a shout.
We as of this blog post do not have a host for the next carnival. I would prefer to do my pinch-hitting while I'm on the road next year, so if you're interested, send Dan or me an email at daniel DOT sellers AT gmail.com, or dan AT necessaryroughness DOT org.
